OD Harris is a successful entrepreneur and a proud Army veteran who continues to serve his community as a Councilman-at-Large in the city of Chandler; the fourth largest city in the state with over 279,000 residents, an asset portfolio of 1.5 Billion dollars, and one of the less than 30 cities in the nation maintaining AAA Bond rating for municipalities.
After serving in the Army, he went on to attain his Masters degree in accounting and became a Master's Tax and Accounting Expert. He began his entrepreneurial journey by opening his first accounting firm in 2000. Mr. Harris would successfully franchise his business then scale it to 35 locations in seven states with over 40,000 clients. As one of the largest minority-owned accounting firms, he would later sell it to a major competitor. Later, developing his own tax software that would be used throughout other tax and accounting firms. Now working as a business consultant, his innovative approach to business has earned him numerous clients, brands, and awards.
OD Harris is a number one Amazon Bestselling author of his award-winning book, Quantum Leap Theory of Leadership. Mr. Harris started OD Harris Media which would be a springboard for his writing, acting, producing, and film work. His most notable work is being the creator of 20th Century Fox Empire After Show and much more.
Mr. Harris has extensive expertise in Leadership and a passion for service. As a successful entrepreneur and a nationally renowned speaker, he later founded the National Ready Set Go Foundation (RSG). RSG is a 501c3 that helps individuals start their own businesses. The Award-Winning National nonprofit has been recognized by the Late President George H.W. Bush, Sr. as a prestigious Points of Light organization. OD Harris served as a mentor for President Barack Obama Foundation.
